Personal Data We Process

The Controller processes personal data of its customers, i.e. individuals or businesses entering into a contractual relationship with the Controller for the provision of products or services.

The following personal data may be processed:

  • First and last name

  • Address

  • Company ID (where applicable)

  • Telephone number

  • E-mail address

  • Photographs

  • Written testimonials

Purpose and Legal Basis for Processing

Performance of a Contract

We process identification and contact details (name, address, Company ID, telephone number and e-mail address) for the purpose of:

  • performing contractual obligations,

  • issuing invoices,

  • communicating regarding the provided services.

Legal basis: Article 6(1)(b) GDPR.

Marketing Communication

We may process your name and e-mail address to send newsletters and other marketing communications.

Legal basis: your consent under Article 6(1)(a) GDPR.

You may withdraw your consent at any time.

Testimonials and Photographs

Your name, photograph and written testimonial may be used to present references and promote our services on our website or social media channels.

Legal basis: your consent under Article 6(1)(a) GDPR.

Recipients of Personal Data

Your personal data may be shared with trusted service providers assisting us in operating our business, including:

  • Vyfakturuj.cz

  • Google

  • SimpleShop

  • WEDOS

  • OneBit

  • MailerLite

  • ComGate Payments, a.s.

Where necessary, personal data may also be provided to legal advisers for the purpose of enforcing legal claims.

Data Retention Period

Personal data processed for contractual purposes will be retained for the duration of the contractual relationship and subsequently for 10 years after its termination.

Personal data processed for marketing or promotional purposes will be retained for 5 years after the end of the contractual relationship or until consent is withdrawn.

Data processed to comply with legal obligations (such as accounting requirements) will be retained for the period required by applicable legislation.

Data Security

We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against loss, misuse or unauthorised access.

These measures include, among others:

  • password-protected computers,

  • password and biometric protection on mobile devices,

  • secured access to e-mail accounts,

  • secured access to mailing systems,

  • secured access to invoicing systems,

  • encrypted HTTPS communication,

  • regular software updates.

Personal data may be processed electronically using automated means or in paper form by non-automated means.

Your Rights

Under the GDPR, you have the right to:

  • request access to your personal data,

  • request correction of inaccurate personal data,

  • request deletion of your personal data,

  • request restriction of processing,

  • object to processing,

  • request data portability,

  • lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority,

  • withdraw your consent at any time where processing is based on consent.

Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before the withdrawal.
